Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to all features during the trial period.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the new price applies from your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit, and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you get 2 months free — that is a 17% discount compared to monthly billing. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
What happens if I exceed my invoice limit?
On the Starter plan, you can process up to 50 AI invoices per month. If you exceed this limit, you can upgrade to Professional or purchase additional invoice packs. We will always notify you before you hit the limit.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. All data is stored in EU-based data centers and processed in full compliance with GDPR. We are SOC 2 Type II certified.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period, and you can export everything before your account closes.
Do you offer custom pricing for large teams?
Yes. If you have a team of more than 20 users or need custom features, contact our sales team. We will create a tailored plan that fits your specific requirements.
